Duty Manager (with a conference and banqueting bias) required for a hotel in West Sussex As Duty Manager candidates require a background at a supervisory level from within a hotel or similar. Role And Responsibilities You will be expected to work alongside our current team of drivers collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide. Prior to uplifting a vehicle from a location you will be expected to carry out a detailed vehicle inspection as prescribed by our operational procedural guide. All paperwork must be sent back to head office in a timely fashion no less than once per week pre-paid envelopes will be provided for this purpose. You will be expected to make your own way between delivery and collection point where it is possible a lift will be arranged. Any costs incurred for transport between jobs will not be reimbursed unless under exceptional circumstance and by prior arrangement. Qualifications And Education Requirements For insurance purposes you will need to have held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 5 years and have no more than 6 penalty points. Please note that drivers with drink driving bans will not be accepted. You will need to be punctual as work deadlines must be met. You will need a reasonable level of personal organisation your ability to complete and send paperwork back to head office in a timely fashion is pivotal to the role. Preferred Skills Experience within the trade plate industry would be preferable though not necessary. However experience of a driving job essential.
