You will have experience of working in a similar busy bar and have an excellent knowledge of cocktail preparation in addition to a good knowledge of wines and all other beverage preparation. A passion and flair in providing excellent service is a must and it is essential that you are a strong communicator with the desire to get it right the first time every time. A sensible shift pattern with an excellent rate of pay and gratuities is available.
