Working within a small Customer Service team based in Bicester my client is looking for a professional Customer Service Ad visor on a Permanent basis. This role is working within the Inbound Customer Service department providing support to internal clients. You will be looking after 3 countries and will assist you clients by following up customer orders chasing orders dealing with reports and dealing general customer queries. You will need to have strong communication skills both written and verbal previous Customer Service experience and most of all a sense of humour You will also need to be It literate with good Excel skills.
